True to her environmentally-conscious conviction, Louise Valentine launched few days ago her new organic collection. Committed to helping each bride to find her eco-friendly dream dress at affordable price, the designer offers a range of sustainable gowns made with eco-friendly and clean materials only. Modern and romantic silhouettes, cuts and laces are beautifully combined with a timeless aesthetics. A « capsule » collection with a golden touch for a romantic and determined bride.

I have always loved woking with laces , meshes and embroideries . I started making little bride capes and boleros made of this kind of fabrics , 5 years ago .

At this time I worked with a photographer , who told me that I should make dresses as well . I have always thought that was not fair paying so much , for such a beautiful dress … for only one day . So I started designing dresses made of 2 separate parts : One reversible lining dress , made of 2 colors , a white one for the wedding and -for example – a pink one , in case you need to wear again your dress for an other occasion . Then put on it, the second part , embroideries dress. And you got a wedding gown you can use and use again “thoughout time ” 😉
Now , I still work with that philosophy but also ONLY with organic fabrics . I get inspired by Valentino and Eli Saab and Christian Dior . I just LOOOOVE their work , and the way they use embroideries and meches all together , sometimes mixed with unexpected fabrics like… wool or pearls ! Yes, they are such a good inspiration !

When I first meet a future bride , I do my best to understand her and find what SHE wishes . I help her staying
focus on what she wants . All girls have thinks they don’t like on their bodys and it is important to create a dress
which will make them felling good and happy , all day long .
Most of brides like to come try dresses with friends and family and sometimes , it s not a good idea : They got too
many ideas at the same time , too many positive or negative advices and they gets lost …
My job is making The Dress of their dreams of course , but also driving them to find what kind of fabric or shape
will fits them best .

First of all, the bride tries on many dresses . We mix them if necessary , I mean, the top of one and the skirt of
an other , or we just try something with a piece of fabric … it is a very creative and fun moment ! One of my favorite ! Then we find what THE dress will be . I draw it and start working on it with Christine , the “fairy fingers ” who makes your dresses . After few weeks , we have an other appointment to try it on . That is the moment we decide changing tiny details if necessary and I check the size of everything on the dresse on the future bride (the lengh … ) . This part is very important . When all of that is ready , the bride can go with her dress , living new adventures !

For this New Collection I came back to my first loves … embroideries and laces … quite abandoned in 2019 . I dreamed on draped lighted fabrics , flowers … a touch of greek antic fashion made of modern fabrics and details .
A « capsule » collection with a golden touch for a romantic and determined bride . For women who know the effort we still have to make to get a better future in this beautiful blue Planet .
All the collection is made of GOTS certified cotton , non violent silk or mesh , with OEKO TEX 100 certified embroideries . All our fabrics are respect body and environment .

To me a trendy wedding is an environmentally-friendly one . It is now possible to make an effort on that . Not
even with buying a eco-friendly dress but also in searching a florist using seasonal flowers or a caterer cooking
with local and seasonal products , also by using recycled paper for the invitations …
3 words for a modern bride :
– Green
– In Love
– Fulfilled

For me the French touch is the way French designers , work with details . A sleeve , a knot , a piece of a different fabrics . In France we do know how to use details and where to put them on clothes , to make the difference .

One of my favorite celebrity is Kate Middleton , a mix of elegance and modernity . I am not saying that I would
have made her wedding dress , but I would be the happiest girl in the wold if I could make her a dress for any occasion someday .

I’m really enjoying the design and layout of your website.
It’s a very easy on the eyes which makes
it much more pleasant for me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer
to create your theme? Superb work!
