Sourcing her inspirations from her surwear industry past, the nature and the 70's, Marynea loves to break the codes of a classic traditional voluminous bridal dress, and brings a free feminity through modern cuts, fluidity and fabrics movement . She uses the beauty of stunning fabrics such as heavy silk crepe, embroidery and floral guipure, to evoke in her last collection the inner brightness of a woman, like a goddess, both an icon of strength and delicacy.
Ouiii l'atelier, the unique curated wedding festival of the french Riviera was last 9 and 10th of November in Nice, and it was so much FUN ! Like each year Vanessa, the founder of this rad event (yes the same Vanessa of Un Rendez-Vous !) had pulled together some of the freshest talented vendors in one unique place, for the event of the season. As participating member for the fourth time, I can definitively say that this year was full of fun, emotions and inspirations.
By creating this collection, the designer Fanny Sathoud saw something pure, poetic, natural, light and that emerges an authentic and serene atmosphere. That's how she imagines a bride: serene, because she wears a dress that reflects who she is, serene, because she feels at ease in her dress: she is free from any shackles, any stiffness . Her dress must follow her in her movements. Her inspiration for the 2020 season came from ancient Greece with its drapes, its vaporous fabrics, and its allure so feminine and timeless at the same time.
The house Elisa Ness has no style, but rather a vision, that of couture creations. No fairy tales, only the quest for a modern and sophisticated silhouette, without the clichés. Her last collections loving details, where the wedding dress is primarily a reflection of a taste, a personality embodied by its singularity. The natural inclination of the mark for artisans and art crafts, privileges the exception as an antidote to standardization.
Working with fine materials, the jewellery designer Alice Magnin works to create unique pieces you will want to wear for years. Implicating her clients to the design process, she also sources her inspiration into antic jewellery technology, nature and cultivate intentional imperfection with love that results into custom crafted rings in beautiful metals that fit perfectly with the personnality of those who wear them.
